Service and Warranty:
One Year Protection Warranty – All workmanship and construction is guaranteed for one year beginning on the original start up date by Duck ‘N Dive Pools.
20 Year Warranty – The pool liners we install carry a 20 year warranty and are owner transferable. To better serve you and your pool needs, we have placed a limitation guideline to help ensure the enjoyment of your new pool. This is as follows: defects or failures caused by the lack of maintenance, proper care and/or correct water chemistry will be subject to a fee per service call. There will also be a fee per service call after the first year of the original start up date by Duck ‘N Dive Pools. The swimming pool shall be kept full of water at all times, except for the purposes of repair or maintenance, not to exceed two days. The swimming pool shall be used in a normal and reasonable manner.
